Vodafone Call Centre, Etruria

Prosurv Consult was involved in the £15 million construction of a 850 seat, 90,000 sq. ft. call centre.
Extensive fit out works were undertaken to suit end user requirements incorporated into project.
Complex mechanical and electrical installations were used to accommodate an intense call centre environment.
The 40 week build period was completed in August 2009.
Early access was provided to enable security, AV and data installations.
There was also the coordination of offsite infrastructure reinforcement to facilitate high service demands.
