Uxbridge Triangle Site Topping Out Ceremony
16th February 2018
The latest phase of St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge was recently marked with a Block Laying Ceremony held by developer St. Modwen and lead contractor Galliford Try.
The development is the latest instalment in the transformation of the former RAF Uxbridge base into a new community with a total of 1,300 new homes, a new park and commercial areas. Located on the former RAF Uxbridge site in the London Borough of Hillingdon, St. Andrew’s Park is a unique location which is steeped in military history.
The current project phase features a Town Centre residential development of 249 apartments split across four 5/6 story apartment blocks consisting of 207 PRS units and 42 apartments for Catalyst Housing Association. The scheme also includes the construction of a new road junction next to the site and landscaping of the communal areas and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2019.
