Welsh Government Finance Minister attends Swansea University's Topping Out Ceremony

Welsh Government Finance Minister Jane Hutt visited the site of Swanea University's Bay Campus on Thursday 20 February 2014 to see first hand how the £450 million project is helping to regenerate the region and to mark the topping out of the first student residential building on site, which will be home to 900 students.

The UK's leading regeneration specialist, St Modwen, appointed Prosurv Consult as Employers Agent and Project Managers to develop the first phase of this prestigious Campus which will have the distinction of being one of the few global universities with direct access onto a beach and its own seafront promenade.

Paul Dunning, Managing Director of Prosurv Consult, said:

"The new Campus will provide a fantastic facility for all students and will assist to secure the future of Swansea University within the economy of South Wales. Prosurv Consult are delighted and proud to be involved in such an important development."
